Spa Policies
Deposits
For certain services we may require a deposit of 50% (100% for couples services and spa packages). This deposit is refundable as long as an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the designated start time (50% will be refunded for couples services and spa package appointments).
Cancellation/No-Show
Any appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours of the designated start time will subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be 50% of the service total (100% for couples services and spa packages). Clients must cancel their appointment by calling us at (785) 856-0275. Cancellations are not accepted via email, social media etc.
If a client fails to show for an appointment and does not cancel at least 2 hours prior to the designated start time, a no-show fee will apply. This fee will be 100% of the service total.
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file in order to hold the appointment.
Gift Cards/Certificates & Products
All gift card/certificate & product sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards/certificates may only be used for the purchase of services or products and are not redeemable for cash. All gift cards/certificates which are not purchased (giveaways, promotions, bonuses etc) will expire a maximum of 1 year from receipt. Defective products may be returned for a store credit or replacement.
Mobile Phones
Sensora Spa is a place is Relaxation, Refreshment & Revival. We strive to maintain a sense of peacefulness and tranquility for our clients at all times. Because of this, we kindly ask that all clients refrain from taking/placing calls on their mobile devices and that these devices either be turned off or placed on silent within the premises.
